Classes are character templates, in a sense. They are paths a character can follow to learn new skills and abilities.
A person can choose any class that they qualify for, based on SCIFT scores and any other general prerequisites.
The classes listed here are the starting classes within the Chaotic Dreams Multiverse.
A character cannot choose a class until they have reached Level 2. This is to ensure that a player has the fundamental
mechanics of the gaming system down before progressing into anything that might be considered more difficult. In this manner
everyone gets the hang of it, and from Level 2 onward they may experiment with their options to their heart's content.
A character may have up to three classes, multiclassing into two different branches..or even choosing to explore
different branches of the same class path (Such as a Heavy Armor/Barbarian/Gladiator, or a Black Mage/Summoner/Illusionist).
In each case, the player must still meet any prerequisites whether by level, SCIFT or otherwise..in order to transition into
the appropriate class.
